While seeking a new career, I found myself searching for a field where I could feel challenged and receive the same feelings of satisfaction and accomplishment that I received in helping others in my 20+ years in the medical field.   I thought of the uncertainty and confusion I felt as my husband and I struggled to obtain our first home, and later when finances dictated the need for refinancing.  We were fortunate to find the assistance of someone we could trust and depend on to guide us through the complex and the often stressful procedure of mortgage financing. It seemed only appropriate that I became a licensed mortgage professional associated with Oakland Funding Group and learn from the same mortgage professional who helped my family many years ago. I provide my clients with that same feeling of confidence as I assist them through the often stressful process in realizing their dreams of home ownership, and of achieving and maintaining their goals of financial health.  I am proud to be part of the dynamic team of professionals at Oakland Funding Group, who are dedicated to serving the financial needs of their clients, and who have always and will continue to focus on quality, integrity, and commitment.

I recently returned to my native Missouri after living in the San Francisco Bay area for over twenty years.  As I have been in transition as a result of moving to Missouri, so has the entire mortgage industry.   Oakland Funding Group has been proactive in this ever changing market and continues to provide many resources to allow us to meet you financial needs.  I am honored to be associated with a company that has always, and will continue to focus on quality, integrity, and commitment.

Southwest Missouri, in particular the Springfield Metropolitan Area is the fastest growing area in Missouri.  Christian County’s rate of population growth since the 90s has been at 66%, far out pacing the State and National rate. Migration accounts overwhelmingly accounts for the rapid growth. This provides for a health housing market.
